Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 3:16 PM ET) -- Jones Day on Monday announced that its Paris office acquired a four-attorney team from a boutique firm focused exclusively on investment funds to beef up its technology-focused private equity practice and advance its presence in the French markets.
Partners Florence Moulin and Daniel Schmidt, along with two of their associates, will assume their new posts in early September.
