Judge Silences Bose Speaker System Patent Suit

Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 7:29 PM ET) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Tuesday tossed a Bose Corp. suit alleging a group of consumer electronics makers infringed a patent for a remote-controlled speaker system designed for use with MP3 players, ruling virtually all of the defendants' products challenged by Bose don't infringe the patent-in-suit.
