Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 7:57 PM ET) -- Japanese photography giant Fujifilm Corp. on Tuesday hit Motorola Mobility Inc. with a patent infringement suit in California federal court accusing the Illinois-based communications electronics maker of selling phones and tablets that violate up to four of its patents relating to technology such as the processing of digital pictures.
In the complaint, Fujifilm claimed that Motorola's smartphones, including several of its Droid, Defy, Cliq and Photon models as well as its Xoom tablet model, violate its patents related to digital photography and messaging.
