Apple, Samsung Lose Bids To Seal Docs In Tablet Patent Row

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 1:56 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday denied bids from Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. to keep secret a host of documents in their high-profile patent infringement dispute, ruling that the companies had gone overboard in filing motions to seal the evidence.
