SEC's Suit Against Ex-Integral Execs Can Go To Trial

Law360, New York (July 19, 2012, 6:50 PM ET) -- A U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission lawsuit accusing former officers of Integral Systems Inc. of hiding the role of a securities fraudster in top management can go to trial, a federal judge ruled Thursday.

U.S. District Judge Gladys Kessler denied most of a summary judgment motion brought by Integral executives Elaine Brown, the former chief financial officer, and Gary A. Prince, an executive who was convicted of securities fraud, saying she found enough disputed evidence to justify a trial.
