LCD Buyers Say Toshiba Owes $87M Despite Paid-Up Award

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 8:58 PM ET) -- A class of liquid crystal display buyers pushed Wednesday to protect its $87 million price-fixing verdict against Toshiba Corp., arguing that the electronics maker hadn't proved it could use the $443 million other defendants have already paid in settlements to offset the entire jury award.
