Law360, New York (August 02, 2012, 6:47 PM ET) -- A proposed class action filed in California federal court Wednesday accuses Dell Inc. of privacy invasion for allegedly placing more than 100 automated calls to a San Diego woman in the span of six weeks.
Rose Magyar says the computer giant breached the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by using an automated dialing system to place calls pertaining to a past-due account to her personal cellphone without her consent, and further alleges that the calls were in violation of a court-ordered stay in her Chapter 13 bankruptcy....
