Law360, New York (August 06, 2012, 9:16 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday declined to suppress evidence gathered from a GPS tracker federal agents placed on an Oregon man’s vehicle, saying they were following circuit precedent binding at the time, before the U.S. Supreme Court's Jones ruling precluded warrantless use of such devices.
