Law360, New York (August 08, 2012, 10:29 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday dismissed cable conversion box makers Scientific-Atlanta Inc. and Motorola Inc. from a suit in a multidistrict litigation targeting financial institutions over their alleged role in the collapse of Adelphia Communications Corp.
In an one-page order, U.S. District Judge Lawrence M. McKenna dismissed the conspiracy to defraud claims brought by investment adviser W.R. Huff Asset Management Co.
