Koh's courtroom lightened slightly as the third week of the high-stakes patent trial between Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. came to a close Friday, with the California judge jokingly asking Apple attorney William Lee of WilmerHale if he was still “not smoking crack.”
