Law360, New York (September 10, 2012, 2:22 PM ET) -- Microsoft Corp. has promised to address the European Union's antitrust concerns over an alleged failure to provide Windows users with a choice of Web browsers, the head of the EU's competition watchdog reportedly said on Saturday.
The director of the European Commission's competition section, Joaquin Almunia, said that Microsoft had assured him that it had every intention of complying with the terms of a commitment mandated by the commission to allow Windows users to choose their preferred Internet browsers, according to a Reuters news report....
