Lexmark Asks 6th Circ. To Review Static False Ad Claims

Law360, New York (September 14, 2012, 4:40 PM ET) -- Lexmark International Inc. on Wednesday urged the Sixth Circuit to reconsider its ruling giving Static Control Components Inc. a second shot at false advertising and state antitrust claims against the printing giant in a long-running patent suit, saying the decision ran contrary to other appellate holdings.
