TNS Investor Sues Over Planned $862M Sale To Siris

Law360, New York (January 18, 2013, 7:00 PM ET) -- An investor in telecommunications company TNS Inc. filed a putative shareholder class action in New York state court Tuesday against TNS and private equity firm Siris Capital Group LLC, claiming that Siris' planned $862 million acquisition of TNS dramatically undervalues the company.

The plaintiff, Broadway Capital, said TNS CEO Henry Graham and other senior executives at the company made a deal with Siris that undervalues the telecommunications firm in return for lucrative compensation packages and other perks.
