Apple CEO Cook Faces Questioning In Pay-Fixing Case

Law360, New York (January 18, 2013, 5:40 PM ET) -- Apple Inc. CEO Tim Cook has been ordered to give a deposition in an antitrust class action accusing the iPhone maker, Google Inc. and other leading technology and film companies of conspiring to fix employees' pay through secret hiring pacts, attorneys said Friday.
