Law360, New York (January 18, 2013, 4:25 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Thursday issued a general exclusion order barring imports of light-emitting diode devices used in the photo and film industries that infringe patents held by Litepanels Inc.
The exclusion order applies not only to products made by the four companies the commission found to have infringed the patents, including Flolight LLC and Cool Lights USA, but also to products that infringe and are imported by any other company.
