Air Force Unfairly Renewed Computer Contract, Judge Says

Law360, New York (January 30, 2013, 2:55 PM ET) -- The U.S. Air Force violated federal law when it awarded a no-bid contract to maintain a computer system that assigns reservists to active duty, a U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge ruled Tuesday in a case brought by the man who co-designed the system.
