SC Gov., Ex-Revenue Chief Off Hook In Data Breach Suit

Law360, New York (February 08, 2013, 6:55 PM ET) -- A South Carolina judge Thursday released the governor and a terminated state official from a class action over a massive data breach at the Department of Revenue, but held off on determining whether three government agencies and a private information security company should escape liability.
