MX Logic Investors Demand McAfee Info In $15M Bonus Fight

Law360, Wilmington (February 8, 2013, 10:56 PM ET) -- The representative for former MX Logic Inc. shareholders launched a suit in Delaware Chancery Court on Friday demanding that McAfee Inc. provide detailed revenue information so it could properly determine whether investors were entitled to a $15 million bonus under the 2009 merger agreement.
