Law360, Los Angeles (February 15, 2013, 9:42 PM ET) -- Toshiba Corp. on Friday agreed to pay $13.5 million to settle direct purchaser plaintiffs’ claims in multidistrict litigation that Toshiba and other electronics makers conspired to fix the prices of cathode ray tubes and finished products containing them.
The $13.5 million settlement, which is still pending court approval, releases Toshiba of all direct purchasers' antitrust claims against it and its related entities.
