Protest Over $1.4B Air Force Contract Extension Tossed

Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 1:52 PM ET) -- A U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge on Friday tossed a bid protest from Red River Communications Inc. alleging the Air Force’s $1.4 billion extension of its Network-Centric Solutions contract unfairly excludes small businesses from receiving telecom contracts at Tinker Air Force Base.
