Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 3:38 PM ET) -- Dell Inc. sued units of Koninklijke Philips NV and others in Texas federal court Sunday, alleging they took part in a more-than-decadelong conspiracy to fix prices on cathode ray tubes used in computer monitors and televisions.
