Law360, New York (December 17, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Two subsidiaries of the Spanish media conglomerate Grupo Prisa have filed suit against The Nielsen Co. Inc. in U.S. federal court over claims that the media research giant inappropriately downgraded the ratings on a Web site for a major Spanish newspaper, costing the company significant advertising revenue.
