Rockefeller Wants SEC To Toughen Cybersecurity Guidance

Law360, New York (April 10, 2013, 7:51 PM ET) -- Sen. Jay Rockefeller, D-W.Va., on Wednesday pushed the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to issue more authoritative cybersecurity disclosure guidance in order to encourage more publicly traded companies to detail their cybersecurity risks and what steps they are taking to mitigate the threats.
