Snapchat Doesn't Delete Photos As Promised, EPIC Tells FTC

Law360, New York (May 20, 2013, 4:31 PM ET) -- The Electronic Privacy Information Center on Friday pushed the Federal Trade Commission to probe claims made by the mobile app Snapchat that it can make shared photos and videos "disappear forever," alleging that the content can actually be easily recovered after it is deleted.
