Law360, New York (January 25, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Bankrupt cable television provider Adelphia Communications Corp. has turned up the heat on its former law firm after deciding Tuesday to launch an investigation into its attorneys' alleged conflict of interest.
The conflict arose after Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP was found to be connected to a document processing company hired by Adelphia during its bankruptcy reorganization. That led Adelphia to fire the firm in September 2005.
