Aereo Can't Get Quick Ruling On Compulsory License

Law360, New York (August 01, 2014, 12:45 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Friday shot down an emergency motion from Aereo Inc. for expedited consideration of its request to be deemed a cable company in order to keep operating, saying the disruptive startup had "jumped the gun."
