Law360, New York (March 30, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- In a blow to Micron Technology Inc., a federal judge has halted the semiconductor maker’s fresh lawsuit against Rambus Inc., though the rivals’ bitter patent infringement war promises to rage on.
On Wednesday, The U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware granted Rambus’ motion and issued an injunction against Micron’s further prosecution of a lawsuit recently brought in Virginia.
The court ruled that Micron’s allegations could not be pursued in Virginia, citing that the charges overlapped with those included in Micron’s pending Delaware action....
