Judge Rules Against Yahoo Shareholders' Bid For Trial

Law360, New York (June 17, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The plaintiffs in a lawsuit that seeks to compel Yahoo Inc. to accept a takeover suffered a blow Monday when a Delaware judge declined to set a trial before Yahoo's Aug. 1 annual meeting while announcing his wish to rule on Yahoo's motion to dismiss before that date.
