Real Estate Rumor Mill: Amazon, Apple, Shore Club

By Natalie Rodriguez (February 3, 2015, 2:30 PM EST) -- Amazon.com Inc. is said to be in talks to buy some of beleaguered RadioShack Corp.'s chain stores to create potential pickup and drop-off centers and showcase some of its hardware, according to a Bloomberg report, which cited unnamed sources. The move could be part of a looming bankruptcy for RadioShack and there are several other potential bidders, including Sprint Corp., evaluating the chain's stores, according to the Bloomberg report. The buzz comes on the heels of the New York Stock Exchange taking steps to delist RadioShack on Monday, immediately suspending trading after the electronics retailer disclosed lender Salus Capital Partners LLC was again demanding repayment of its $250 million term loan facility....
