Real Estate Rumors: Zegna, Apple, Jose Llorens

By Andrew McIntyre (March 2, 2016, 5:29 PM EST) -- Retailer Ermenegildo Zegna has reached a deal to lease 9,000 square feet in New York's Crown Building for 15 years, a lease that will cost $150 million, according to a report on Wednesday from the New York Post. The retailer is taking 1,500 square feet on the ground floor and 7,500 square feet on an upper floor at the property, located at West 57th Street and Fifth Avenue, according to the report. Morris Missry of Wachtel Missry LLP represented the landlord, a partnership between General Growth Properties and Wharton Properties' Jeff Sutton....
