Law360, New York (April 07, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed a patent case Abbyy USA filed against software rival Nuance Communications Inc., finding that without the antitrust claims tossed from the suit last year, it was "practically identical" to one Nuance had already filed.
Judge Jeffrey S. White in the U.S. District for the Northern District of California granted Nuance's motion to dismiss the case on Tuesday.
