Law360, New York (August 05, 2009, 7:50 PM ET) -- A unit of energy and commodities trader Noble Group Ltd. will pay $65.35 million for some assets of SemGroup LP after winning a bankruptcy auction.
According to court papers filed Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, Noble Americas Corp. won an auction held Monday for SemGroup's SemFuel LP unit.
Several groups of SemFuel assets were auctioned off, some of which had stalking horse bids attached, court papers show. Noble was the winning bidder for all of the asset groups.
