Law360, New York (November 24, 2009, 6:04 PM ET) -- LGS Technologies Inc. has added more claims to its lawsuit against U.S. Fire Insurance Co. over excess coverage for several underlying liability lawsuits involving asbestos and mixed dust.
The amended complaint, filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, argues that U.S. Fire’s coverage has been triggered and seeks declaratory judgment that it must cover LGS’ defense costs for the underlying asbestos litigation.
