Law360, New York (January 31, 2011, 1:44 PM ET) -- Affinity Labs of Texas LLC has filed another suit against Volkswagen Group of America Inc., claiming audio systems in its Audi, Bentley and Volkswagen vehicles infringe three patents.
Thomas W. Sankey of Duane Morris LLP lodged the patent-licensing company's suit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Friday, alleging that Volkswagen has encroached on Affinity's patents with car audio systems designed to work with portable digital media devices.
