Ex-Credit Suisse Broker Denied Bail In TXU Case

Law360, New York (May 07, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A former Credit Suisse Group broker who allegedly leaked confidential information about the $32 billion sale of energy company TXU has been denied bail amid fears that he poses a flight risk.

On Friday, Magistrate Judge Theodore H. Katz rejected Hafiz Muhammad Zubair Naseem’s bail request, ruling that the Pakistani citizen could not be set free while awaiting trial.
