Law360, New York (August 29, 2011, 8:47 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Monday ruled that two Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. Ltd. subsidiaries infringed all computer monitor technology patent claims asserted by Mondis Technology Ltd. — even claims that a jury found were invalid.
