Law360, New York (November 08, 2011, 7:43 PM ET) -- K&L Gates LLP has brought two Jones Day attorneys, including a former intellectual property lawyer and in-house counsel for Sprint Corp., over to its Dallas office to bolster the firm's outsourcing and commercial transactions practice, the firm announced Tuesday.
Jason D. Krieser, a former Jones Day partner who works on business process and technology outsourcing transactions, and former Jones Day associate and Sprint attorney Shawn C. Helms will both join K&L Gates as partners in the firm's outsourcing group.
