Law360, New York (January 11, 2012, 9:04 PM ET) -- Soft drink giant Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc. has agreed to set aside its trademark and distribution fight with a Texas soda bottler and Dr Pepper licensee, the companies announced Wednesday.
The Dr Pepper Bottling Co. of Dublin, Texas, had been accused by its licensor of improperly using the Dr Pepper name on its own Dublin Dr Pepper products, which are made with cane sugar instead of the high-fructose corn syrup found in most Dr Pepper sodas.
