Law360, New York (February 8, 2012, 8:55 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge last week ruled in favor of a debt collection agency that allegedly fired a woman because she wanted to pump breast milk while at work, finding lactation and breast pumping are not covered by laws protecting against sex discrimination.
