Grid Petroleum To Develop 4,500-Acre Field In Texas

Law360, New York (February 21, 2012, 6:47 PM ET) -- Denver-based Grid Petroleum Corp. has inked a joint venture development agreement with an unnamed private holding company to develop a 4,500-acre oil and natural gas field in southern Texas, Grid Petroleum announced Tuesday.

The tract, known as the Northwest Premont Field, is located west of Corpus Christi, Texas, and is estimated to hold more than 20 million barrels of oil and 20 billion cubic feet of natural gas, according to a statement Grid Petroleum issued Tuesday.
