SEC Sues Noble Execs Over Nigerian Bribery Scheme

Law360, New York (February 24, 2012, 4:33 PM ET) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday sued three current and former executives of offshore-drilling contractor Noble Corp. in Texas federal court over their alleged involvement in a bribery scheme to nab illicit permits for oil rigs in Nigeria.
