Weil Takes Back IP Litigator From Fish & Richardson

Law360, New York (April 10, 2012, 12:20 PM ET) -- Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP has bolstered its intellectual property capabilities with the return of a leading patent and trade secrets litigator to its Houston office from Fish & Richardson PC, the firm announced Tuesday.

Garland T. Stephens rejoined Weil as a partner. He had left the firm to practice at Fish & Richardson, where he was principal for four years. Stephens, who joins Weil’s patent litigation department, focuses his practice on defending technology companies in patent and trade secrets cases.
