Luminant Faces CAA Suit Over Texas Coal Plant Emissions

Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 1:28 PM ET) -- Sierra Club lodged a Clean Air Act suit against Luminant Generation Co. LLC in Texas federal court Tuesday, claiming the company's own data shows one of its coal-fired plants released illegal amounts of particulate matter pollution on more than 6,000 occasions since July 2007.
