Law360, New York (May 03, 2012, 6:03 PM ET) -- Haynes and Boone LLP has added public finance tax law expert and former Andrews Kurth LLP attorney Kathryn Garner as part of its efforts to ramp up its public finance operations in Austin and Houston, the firm announced last week.
Garner, who joined the firm as a partner April 23, has roughly 26 years of experience in the area, having worked on tax-exempt bond transactions for cities, state agencies, banks, and school districts and higher education authorities, according to the firm.
