Diver Sues BP, Others Over Deepwater Cleanup Injuries

Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 9:50 PM ET) -- A commercial diver accused BP PLC, Halliburton Energy Services Inc., Transocean Ltd. and others behind the Deepwater Horizon disaster Wednesday in Texas of using chemical dispersants to clean up the spill that caused him severe injuries and led to the suicides of two teammates.
