Law360, Los Angeles (May 09, 2012, 3:05 PM ET) -- Baker & McKenzie LLP has snagged a Dallas-based partner from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP to boost the firm's corporate and securities practice, it said Wednesday.
Aaron A. Scow has 14 years of experience representing U.S.-based and international clients in corporate and securities matters, including public securities offerings and private placements, public and private mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, Baker & McKenzie said. Snow also has experience advising clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters.
