Nokia, T-Mobile Accused Of Treading On 5 Wireless Patents

Law360, New York (May 14, 2012, 4:51 PM ET) -- Technology licensing company Adaptix Inc. hit Nokia Siemens Networks US LLC and T-Mobile USA Inc. with a patent infringement suit Thursday in Texas federal court, accusing them of infringing five wireless telecommunications patents.

Adaptix alleges Nokia and T-Mobile makes, uses and sells Single RAN Flexi Multiradio Base Stations — computerized communication network components that support multiple mobile communications standards and wireless telephone services on a single network.
