Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 6:42 PM ET) -- McDermott Will & Emery LLP has beefed up its antitrust and competition practice by enticing an antitrust powerhouse from Greenberg Traurig LLP to serve as a partner in its Houston office, the firm announced Wednesday.
Allan Van Fleet and former Greenberg associate Nicholas G. Grimmer joined McDermott to work with partner Alison Smith — former deputy assistant attorney general in the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division — and her Houston team, the firm said.
