O2 Micro, MPS Want Dual Claims Tossed

Law360, New York (September 05, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has given the green light to dismiss dual unfair competition claims filed by Monolithic Power Systems Inc. and O2 Micro International Ltd. against each other in a case involving inverter controller patents.

In an order handed down Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Judge Claudia Wilken gave her stamp of approval to a joint stipulation, reached Aug. 1, regarding the dismissal with prejudice as to the unfair competition claims pending between the parties.
