Law360, New York (May 21, 2012, 3:59 PM ET) -- Dykema Gossett PLLC has snagged an appellate expert and the former deputy attorney general for legal counsel to the Texas attorney general to serve as a partner in the litigation department of its Dallas office, the firm announced Monday.
David J. Schenck joined Dykema last week after two years with the attorney general's office, where he supervised more than 100 people while overseeing operations on the opinions committee, the general counsel's office and the public finance, open records and legal technical support divisions.
